I knew this book would be amazing as I have all of her other books and have never been disappointed. It is absolutely beautiful. I have followed Maria for several years and was wondering what she would actually mean by the word “cleanse”. This is not a typical cleanse where you drink juice or take pills to cleanse, this is healing your body with real food. She covers, how our bodies work, what exactly is a ketogenic diet,exercise, healing at a cellular level, and even talks about products we use in and on our body. This alone is worth the investment and then throw in an incredible amount of recipes with easy instructions and pictures as well as meal plans. This book is huge, over 430 pages of awesomeness. Maria, congrats on another masterpiece.

I love love the book!!! The recipes are to die for!! The book makes it easy to get your keto life started!! We just completed our 3rd week and My fiance is down 26 pounds and i am down 14!! This book has been life changing for us.

Great explanations, recipes, photos, organization. This is a simple, clear book. Really fantastic. My goal was to try a ketogenic diet to help with migraines. I was not trying to lose weight, and did not do this exactly as described since I didn’t have the time to get all the ingredients yet. After a month, I have lost 7 lbs. This is a pleasant but not required effect of the ketogenic diet. (I was maybe 10 lbs overweight.) I have not been hungry and despite my LOVE of all things bread, I am not craving it and can fairly easily just not eat it when others are chowing down at the restaurant. I do, however, have to breathe through my mouth so I don’t smell it 🙂 I am not yet sure if this diet helps migraines.

This is such a fantastic book! Usually you get a recipe book that has great recipes but little or no photos of the recipes. Not this one. The photos are so fantasticly taken (I’m a photographer so I can be a bit judgemental) and simple to follow, that even the most novice person in the kitchen (me) can create a masterpiece! The photos are truly beautiful. So much so that this book sits on my coffee table. (See photo) Friends have commented on the content of the book as well which opens the door for the “Keto talk”. Looking at these recipes makes this lifestyle less unbelievable to those who have yet to discover it. Thank you for creating this book and sharing it with the world. Excellent book, Maria Emmerich! I have two others but this one is most useful because I need to refrain from all dairy, including butter. I appreciate your efforts to create recipes that are easy to prepare without sacrificing taste.

It’s Maria Emmerich – not much more needed! She is in top form with this plan. This meal plan works great if one has the time to do food prep one day a week to get set up for the week. If I do the prep on Sunday, grabbing meals throughout the week is a cinch.

I am loving this new book of Maria’s and thoroughly enjoying all the wonderful recipes! Feeling like a million bucks in no time! I simply cannot wait to see my overall success at the end of the 30 days. I will say it can some planning to get the meals ready depending on your schedule, but where there’s a will there’s a way! I cannot recommend this one enough for anyone who wants to improve their overall health and wellbeing by eating delicious foods!
