This book is an awesome accompaniment to the author’s website and her “ketodietapp” app. Her recipes are easy to follow and come out pretty great. I think any diet that can be hard to follow will have some recipes you love and some that fall flat, but none of the ones I tried in this book really sucked. Sure, some were just okay, but you’re talking about a diet that is extremely LOW CARB and can challenge anyone trying it for the first time. The beauty of this book is its simplicity, it’s recommendations for products and in how it helps you plan your food days in advance. I bought this one and found an online 14 day menu plan that went with it. Just perfect for trying this diet for the first time!

One of my favorite cookbooks besides Nom Nom Paleo. I’m eating more keto these days and loving it. The recipes are great, I’m losing weight in my late 60’s, we aren’t feeling deprived at all! highly recommend this. I got the paperback, and am finding I prefer them to kindle for cookbooks.

The KetoDiet Cookbook will spice your keto life. I have been keto for a while and needed some fresh cooking. This book knows it out of the park and I love it. Very well made and thought out cookbook. If you like to display cookbooks in the kitchen this will be your book to have out. I would suggest anyone who is keto purchase this cookbook.

I am so glad I purchased this cookbook. Lots of pictures (not of every single recipe though) and I like the “Nutrition Facts per Serving” section that includes the following: Total Carbs, Fiber, Net Carbs, Protein, Fat, Energy, Macronutrient Ratio. Very helpful. I wish all recipes from other sources included this information.

I love this cookbook! I purchased it for my Kindle and I’ve had absolutely no problems. I’m new to the Keto WOE and transitioned nicely with the help of this cookbook and the author’s blog. Be advised…..this is a Keto cookbook so a lot of the ingredients are “Keto approved” and are not normally found in most SAD (Standard American Diet ) kitchens. Most of the ingredients in this cookbook are used over and over so once you buy the staples you can make most of the recipes with no problem.

This cook book is awesome, the recipes so far are all really easy to follow and turn out great. There’s a introduction part that really explains the keto diet too which is really nice if you are just getting into it.
