I feel normal again. If you’re feeling blue and you don’t know where to start, try taking vitamin d. I’m just a regular Joe working a 9 to 5. Vitamin D3 helped me out so much I just had to share my experience with you all. Thanks.

Don’t underestimate the importance of Vitamin D!

I kept getting sick after moving further north (and limiting the time I spent in the sun). I would take vitamin C but kept getting colds. After a few tests, my doctor determined that I was deficient in vitamin D. I started taking a prescription dose of Vitamin D for a couple of weeks and once my levels were back to normal I stopped taking the prescription and started taking these regularly. That was about 2 years ago. Since then, my health has improved greatly. I think the vitamin D is a big reason why. If I ever feel a cold coming on I take a larger dose (2 of these pills or a 5,000 IU pill) to prevent it.

Pea sized, easy to take, Gluten free.

Easy to digest. Truly pea-sized. The gel exterior does not stick to other pills. No melting, no smells. Bottle comes with a flip cap that I do not use. I find unscrewing the cap easier. These are gluten free. Nature Made’s website has an excellent search function for many specific needs.

Taking these are part of my daily routine.

I have been taking these vitamins for the past 4 months without issues. Easy to digest. Truly pea-sized. The gel exterior does not stick to other pills. No melting, no smells. Bottle comes with a flip cap that is nicer than having to unscrew a lid. My doctor advised me to start taking these as a supplement since I was low on Vitamin D. After 4 months my Vitamin D level are normal so I will continue to take these every morning.

Dr. approved, it works.

I suffer from very low Vitamin D levels. At lease once a year and often twice a year I have to take a 60,000 iu a week small softgel in an attempt to raise my D levels. [This high dosage pill is a prescription.]

Worked for me to reduce oiliness!

I bought this to help with oily skin as I read a few blogs about vitamin D reducing oiliness. I’m 32 so I’ve just got oily skin, no crazy adolescent hormones here. I have found that it actually WORKS to control the oil! I used tanning beds in high school plus realized that every time I had a beach vacation my skin was less oily – I attributed this to the sun “drying out” my skin but I think it has to do with the increase in vitamin D! I’ve also noticed that I’m in a better mood, I’m less stressed. I’ve been taking it about a month. I also take a daily vitamin which has 1000 IU of Vitamin D, so in total I’m getting 3000/day. I will definitely continue taking it.

As Described – Good Value

Excellent vitamin – same ones you can find in the stores for less. Plus these seem to be more “fresh” most you find in the stores are stuck together and you have to bang them to get them to separate. These arrived separate and haven’t had to be “banged”. small pills are easy to swallow.

Good brand, gel pill easy to swallow

My wife got vitamin D deficiency so the family doctor recommended her to take this. After about 6 months of doing so, she’s had enough vitamin D now. I guess it’s important to spend time outside in the sun too, without relying on this supplement too much. But it helps nonetheless!

I was advised by my MD to take a Vit D supplement – specifically D3. The 2,000 IU was the recommended dose. I was surprised to learn about all of the health issues that might be related to Vit D deficiencies and how little people get (especially if they avoid the sun). I appreciate that these softgels do not contain anything artificial and no gluten. They are also very small – allowing them to be easily swallowed.

then it’s nice to know I can find it so easily on …

My doctor is recommending I take this, normally I’m not a “pill-taker” if I can avoid it. But since I feel I must, then it’s nice to know I can find it so easily on Amazon in the correct formulation and at a good price. Thanks, Amazon!
