This is a really nice cookbook. The recipes are easy enough that even not-a-good-cook-me, doesn’t feel intimidated by them. I want to actually be consistent with low carb meals and will save hundreds of recipes to my digital devices, only to forget about them. I was happy to find this item with not only low carb recipes but also with paleo and ketogenic. Slow cooker recipes are definitely great by me. There are so many I can’t wait to try. I am super pleased with this purchase.

This is my hands down favorite cookbook for low carb and keto. It has amazing recipes, breaks down the macros, and it doesn’t have any complicated ingredients. It also offers substitutes to make a recipe paleo.

I have recently started following a low carb diet and I am having so much trouble finding good stuff to eat that the rest of my family will eat also. But I found so many good recipes in this cookbook. And most of the recipes you would never know they were low carb. And since it is on my kindle app I can look up recipes from anywhere.

I really like slow cooking and am not adept at low carb versions of the same. I am often away from home for long hours and coming back to a fresh meal is heavenly because I don’t feel like cooking after a long day at work. I found this cookbook to be well planned out, informative. My only caveat is that some of the ingredients are a bit difficult to find at the local supermarket. Actually, had never heard of some of them. Like erythritol, which is a sugar substitute. Xanthan gum is a thickener that I was not aware existed. I haven’t gone to try to find them yet since I just got the cookbook but I am eager to try some of the recipes. It seems that the book is well researched and the format is very attractive. I would have given 5 stars except for the exotic for me ingredients which may be a little difficult for me to acquire since I travel frequently and there may not be vendors who supply them.
