Great addition to a workout routine

When our gym got these they were so popular you couldn’t even get on them. My husband and I decided to get a set for our home too. It attaches to any beam or pole. We attach ours to one of the beams in our garage. It is easy to install and use. There are so many exercises you can use it for, lunges, squats, tricepts, etc. It uses your own body weight so also great for those who are worried about using heavy weights. It is lightweight and portable so you can take it with you on trips. All you need is something to hang it from. Comes with a draw string bag for storing or traveling with it. Also great for times when you can’t get out of the house (kids napping, etc) when you just want to do a 20 minute workout.
Great kit for exercising while traveling or otherwise away from your gym

This is a great training system. I bought this for travel when I can’t go to my gym.
It is an excellent total bobal workout

I got introduced to TRX at my local gym. It is an excellent total bobal workout. THis is the exactly same kit that is available at my local gym. Now I have the flexibility of doing the work outs at home, and if I want, I can travel with it too.. Depending on how you want to set it up, you will need to get the TRX X mount or something similar to it to properly mount on the ceiling or a wall.
… to go down to the gym to get a good work out

No more having to go down to the gym to get a good work out. Was introduced to TRX by our trainer, who made this a large part of our workouts. We are glad we got one for home use. We are both in our mid sixtys and find TRX is one of our better workout investments.
Disappointing quality compared to professional TRX lineup.

Feels cheap compared to the other professional/gym models. If I were buying again, I would spend the few extra dollars and get the much nicer, professional version.

Love this. I have used this several times since it arrived. It arrived on time. The DVD is informative/ helpful as is the workout instruction booklet. I do wish they would have included another option for additional DVD’s. Other than having to pay for another one. It is pricey but it will challenge you providing you use it correctly. One note of caution.. Make sure your door IS very strong/secure. That is if you use the door top anchor. You are using your full body weight. I do recommend this. I am going to order additional DVD(s) to challenge myself.
Great for home or commercial use!

As a certified personal trainer, I find this equipement essential as most of the major gyms carry this, and should too, as an independent contractor. I find that I use it myself also. I purchased this one and the Jungle Gym XT about a year before, but prefer the Jungle Gym XT since it is simpler to set up and user-friendly.

The review about this product is simple: It is an amazingly simple and effective workout device that is perfect for someone who is interested in strength training. I live in Manhattan and the gym in my bldg is pretty basic and tailored more towards the older people so without a great assortment of machines and free weights, my trainer would use this with me and eventually i just bought one myself. It takes a few times with a trainer to really understand how to use every aspect of it so i strongly recommend taking a TRX class which many gyms offer or just use a trainer a few times and take mental notes. It gives you definition and strength that isolated wieghts and machines cant give you. Strongly recommend this.
Awesome Workout, Super Compact System

I have been loving the TRX! At first I was hesitant to get it because I used to have a machine that was similar to Total Gym which I used for a while but ended up giving up in favor of free weights because with that system of moving the body weight on a pad with rollers, my muscles would just get tired rather than hitting failure like with free weights. I had concerns that this would be my reaction with the TRX since it also works through moving the entire body through a range of motion, but what I realized is that it must have been the friction of the rollers on the old machine that caused the tiredness rather than the body weight aspect.
