Jade mats are made by integrating natural rubber from the Far East with Western innovation to form a mat that is best for your yoga practice. The Jade Fusion mat is extra thick at 5/16-inches for additional cushion, and is terrific for yoga, Pilates and core fitness practices.
As Jade mats are made with open cell, natural rubber, you can bid farewell to slipping on your practice mat– even if it gets damp with perspiration. Natural rubber's superior slip resistance residential or commercial properties guarantee a solid grip whenever, and in addition provide durability, compression set resistance and cushioning, leading to a strong mix of comfort and efficiency.
The natural rubber utilized to produce Jade mats is a renewable resource consisting of no PVC or ozone depleting substances, and the mats are made in the U.S.A. in compliance with all U.S. environmental and labor laws. Jade thinks in being good to your body and good to the Earth, and– through a partnership with Trees for the Future– when you purchase a mat, Jade plants a tree.

Excellent yoga mat!

This is quite a wonderful mat. I needed a mat that had a very strong grip on it and I chose this mat for that reason. My hands and feet tend to sweat during practice and I don’t move at all on this mat. Even in down dog, I am SO much more comfortable and can concentrate on my breath much easier without my hands continually slipping. I have the sedona red, and I think it is beautiful.
Fantastic mat and worth every penny!

I’m not the queen of ashtanga or anything but I’ve enjoyed practicing yoga for about 5 years. Much like the Princess and the Pea, I’m really picky about mats and have had difficulty with slipping (my feet sweat a lot). I researched rubber mats when my studio converted to hardwood floors. I already had a thick mat but wanted more cush. This really fits the bill. The smell takes some getting used to but the added comfort is worth a little rubbery scent. And no slipping – EVER. I washed it once when it was brand new, let it air dry, and that was it. I find the cushioning to be far superior to my old mat when I’m doing balance poses. You can really grip it with your feet and it makes holding all asanas a lot easier. Everybody else in my class is using 2 or 3 standard mats at a time to get extra cushion. I use this and I’m just fine and I have middle-aged knees. I never thought I’d pay this much for a mat but it’s totally worth it.

It’s a good mat. The only thing that I really hate is that everything from dust to human and dog hair, stick to it.
I really like the feel
I really like the feel, size and color of the mat. Just letting it “air out” for a few days because it has a very strong rubber smell so I haven’t been able to use it in yoga class yet.
Love this mat
I love this Yoga mat. The best. It is a bit heavy but does the job. So comfortable and sturdy. Love Love Love
Hefty price tag, but this mat delivers

Even though I’ve been practicing yoga pretty faithfully for a few years now, I never invested in a good mat. Finally, my cheap one got so worn that I had no choice but to replace it. First I tried a basic Gaiam mat which was reasonably priced, but I found it to be about as effective (and comfortable) as trying to practice on a beach towel. Rather than waste anymore money I took the plunge and ordered the Jade Fusion and am now kicking myself for not doing it about three years ago. Poses that put weight on knees are no longer painful and the traction of this mat can’t be beat (the only problem is that EVERYTHING sticks to it – pet hair, floor dust, small children – so it has to be cleaned consistently).
High quality but stinky!

These mats are well made but they have a rather extreme odor. I have been airing my mat out for almost a month and it still stinks. I hope the odor goes away eventually.
Color and quality perfect. Way too heavy, but tolerable. Very easy on knees.

This is my first rubber mat. I read so many reviews about how the odor of a rubber mat is tough to get used to. It’s really about the same odor as any other mat, except a rubber smell. My hands don’t smell like rubber after a session as I’ve read on other reviews.
The BEST Mat!

I have tried the Manduka Mat, a yoga rug, a Gaiam mat, and a $2.00 mat from TJ Maxx. This Harmony mat is the best BY FAR! I love yoga. I practice every day. I sweat profusely. This mat DOES NOT SLIP. It is fantastic! The Manduka Black Mat slipped so badly it was distracting to my practice. You will not have this problem with this mat. The extra thickness is an added bonus for me. It may take some time to adjust to the thickness in balancing poses, but it’s good to challenge yourself. Worth every penny! I promise!
