I ordered a variety of sizes of these dumbbells (15, 20, 25, and 30). I love them, except that one of the 15 pounders came slightly bent. It doesn’t affect my ability to use it, but it just surprised me a little when I finally noticed. I can get a great workout with them though and highly recommend a good dumbbell workout over machines.

Great weights at a great price!

These are basic, accurate, solid and cheap dumbbells! No problems – I needed something light to use as a part of some physical therapy I am undergoing – and the 15-pounders that I had were just too heavy for my current needs.

These are standard dumbbells, so I didn’t expect there to be anything to rate necessarily. The only reason I didn’t rate this 5 stars is because there are a few places where the cast iron has some sharp places, and the finishing isn’t as refined as it should be. When you’re picking these up, you don’t want to cut or scratch yourself. I find myself watching for that, and I’d like to just pick them up and go. I suppose I can file them down in the rough places.

No frills dumbbells get the job done

Good, solid dumbbells. No jagged edges or scratchy bits. The grips are nice. The painted numbers are bold and stand out. I like that they don’t roll because of the shape. The other pro is that because they are one solid piece you don’t have to fiddle with screwing on or snapping in the weights to the bar, devices which we’ve had break in the past. I feel like these are very durable and prefer to have a collection of these in different weights as opposed to fancy adjustable weight dumbbells that don’t last as long. I also personally prefer that they aren’t colorful. They are sleek and simple and get the job done.

Great Product

These work great, and were a great price for the item! The weights are quite balanced, and great for a beginner like me. I found no dents or chips in the weights, and they aren’t slippery in the hands either. The tag they came with was somehow really sticky on one dumbbell, and i was worried it would leave residue, but a quick wipe with a wet paper towel got it all off. My sore arms aren’t all that happy after a few weeks of working out, but I am definitely getting some definition and tone in there.

It’s 40 pounds dumbbells. It is strong and heavy. Nothing fancy about it. Just plain dumbbell. Doesn’t have bad smell and did not leave any marks on the carpet. Price is good.

exactly as expected, it’s hard to get a smartbell wrong! Yeah , a smartbell, because if you call it anything else they deny your review! because that’s smart, right? Way cheaper than going out and buying one
