After the culmination of more than a thousand feedbacks, we are proud to reveal the launch of the Acc U Rate ® SM-310 fingertip pulse oximeter. Both the LED and sensing unit has actually been enhanced dramatically and can procedures SpO2 (oxygen saturation) and PR (pulse rate) with severe precision even at low blood perfusion. Simply put your finger into the finger chamber and it will determine your SpO2 and PR within seconds.

The SM-310 keeps the popular plethysmograph so that you can measure your SpO2 and PR with self-confidence.

How does the plethysmograph work?
Each wave (see above) represents a heart beat and the wave amplitude represents the quantity of blood streaming through the capillary. If the wave amplitude is low, this indicates that your blood perfusion is too low for a dependable read. You must retake your measurement and make sure that your finger is positioned right under the LED lights.

The SM-310 also keep the double color OLED rotatable screen, permitting you to see your lead to any instructions.

Suitable for sports enthusiasts/aviators or anybody who has an interest in determining their SpO2 and PR. CAUTION! This is not a medical gadget!

I’m a nurse and finding a pulse ox at work is sometimes difficult. I ordered this to keep in my pocket for quickly checking patients. This first week I have used both this one and the large official one at work to see how accurate my small finger pulse ox is…And it’s really close. It reads about 1% less oxygen and the pulse reads a little high. Both readings are within an error range that I’m comfortable with.

as good if not better than the doctors

I was dealing with a bad lung infection and double pneumonia for 5 months. it was finally under control once I had a lung biopsy done. while I fought with the medical system to find an answer, I was admitted to the hospital several times, due to a low oxygen level. I never really knew or thought about it before, but the hospital kept testing me and I was averaging about a 67..not good. I did some research and found this was not only a great unit, but a great value as well. when I went back to the hospital and later the doctors, I took this with me and when they would test me, I would check on mine, which matched their professional units. it got to be the nurses had me do mine first, then theirs. match after match. most of them, including a few doctors guessed the unit cost about $150-300 dollars. I am very pleased. the numbers are crisp and bright, and the unit feels sturdy not cheap or junky. I am not in the medical field, but this unit makes me feel more in control of my health

Good overall, but a little getting used to how to properly place on finger.

Works well when used on “some” fingers, but not all…I’m not sure why, but as I now know how to use it, it’s no problem. Another small detail is finger seems to have to be inserted just the right distance in…too far and you will get no reading, but once again, pretty easy to get used to. The big plus for this device is a very nice well lit display and graph….excellent! All in All, it does what you need, just a little finicky at times, but always comes through.

We ordered this to replace one that had been dropped and broke. I really like the fact that this one comes with a protective cover, which should help it from breaking if it is dropped. It also has a nice carrying case, which our old one didn’t have. When comparing heart rate when taking blood pressure, the unit is always pretty much the same.

I am happy with thhe Oximeter. It works great. The litte case that it fits into is rather small. I like to keep it protected. But it is too hard to put it in the case and take it out. Other than the case, it is great.

Works as expected, with slight need for "verification"

Worked as expected, although I’m suspicious that the oxygen reading may be a bit low. I’ve compared it to a few in the Dr.’s office, and theirs consistently 1-2 % higher. But the difference is consistent, which means that the reading, once “calibrate” can be taken with confidence.

Easy to use; quick read-out; from my viewpoint, quite accurate

Exactly as described. Works simply and results appear typically in less than 10 seconds. I like the color screen for this price level. Appears to be accurate since I compared readings to several people that were in better and worse shape than I am. Only minor issue is that the instructions show you a lot of information, but don’t inform you what “normal” is for your age and weight.

It is accurate and definitely an excellent purchase.

I have bought several pulse oximeters from different companies over the years and can honestly say that this is the most quality product that I have purchased. It came with a protective cover that stays on it during use. Even the oximeters that I paid $80 for did not have this added feature. It is accurate and definitely an excellent purchase.

Works exactly as I expected. For almost a week, we’ve used the Acc U Rate CMS 430-DL Premium Fingertip Pulse Oximeter Oximetry Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor (yes that’s a mouthful) and are very please with it’s performance. The OLED (organic light emitting diode) works great and is fully visible in full sunlight. Fits easily on fingers of all sizes (some toes too) and doesn’t pinch or hurt at all. Once it’s on a fingertip, press the power button and it begins gathering data and displays results immediately. For best results, give it about 30 seconds to get the most accurate reading of how much oxygen is saturated in the blood.

Works great!

This definitely works as advertised and has given me information that has allowed me to make choices regarding my health. One thing, when you have it on your finger give yourself thirty seconds, in my experience the heart rate reading fluctuates in the first few seconds. After about 30 seconds the reading will settle down.
